Sneer, Element of laughter

"Heehee...SURPRISE! Did that make you laugh? Huhhuh? Well I thought it was funny. Anyway, I'm Sneer, Element of Laughter, and you're my prisoners now! We are going to have SO MUCH FUN TOGETHER! Wanna hear a joke? So these guys tried to avoid being invaded by an evil empire, but now they're gonna live the rest of their lives in a tyrannical dystopia! I suppose you could say the empire was INVASIVE! Huh? Huuuuh?

This is Sneer, battle strategist, Element of laughter, and counterpart to Pinkie Pie.

Sneer is dreaded among the empire, for even though his antics never amount to a cheap joke, he is completely, utterly unpredictable. As such, he is often consulted in planning battles.

Years of conditioning has twisted his psyche, causing him to laugh maniacally at even the slightest joke.

Despite his purpose being to spread laughter, he has no friends and no audience.
